PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous support body with a perforation for manufacturing a hydroentangled nonwoven fabric having a spot-like pattern.SOLUTION: In a porous support body with a perforation, a perforation is provided at a predetermined point on the porous support body formed of a fabric having openings regularly arranged at constant intervals in the longitudinal and lateral directions in a lattice-like form, and a resin area filled with a resin is provided on the periphery of the perforation. The fabric is woven in a twilled structure or the like by using polyethylene terephthalate monofilament yarns. The perforation forms a pattern such as a drawing pattern or a character. A hydroentangled nonwoven fabric obtained by using the porous support body with the perforation has the spot-like pattern such as the drawing pattern or the character corresponding to the perforation which clearly appears thereon.
