PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having good moldability which has proper biodegradability and excellent tear strength or impact strength when molded into a film.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyester resin composition which comprises: an aliphatic-aromatic polyester (A) having a structural unit derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, a structural unit derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and a structural unit derived from an aliphatic diol; an aliphatic polyester (B) having a structural unit derived from an aliphatic oxycarboxylic acid and a structural unit derived from an aliphatic diol; and an aliphatic polyester (C) mainly composed of a structural unit derived from an oxycarboxylic acid; in which the aliphatic-aromatic polyester (A) contains a structural unit derived from succinic acid and the aliphatic polyester (B) contains structural unit derived from adipic acid.
