Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit determination device capable of improving the deposition determining accuracy of dew.SOLUTION: The deposit determination device comprises: an irradiation part (10); a light reception part (20); and a determination part (30). The irradiation part irradiates a plurality of different areas (AR1, AR2) on a transparent plate (WS) with the rays of light, and the light reception part converts reflection waves reflected in the plurality of different areas into electric signals. The determination part compares an expectation signal expected to be output from the light reception part when there is no deposit on the transparent plate with a detection signal actually output from the light reception part, and when the detection signal is lower than the expectation signal, determines that there is a deposit on the transparent plate, and the determination part compares a plurality of detection signals corresponding to the reflection waves reflected in the plurality of different areas, and when a difference between the plurality of detection signals is higher than a dew condensation determination value, determines that the deposit is a raindrop, and when the difference between the plurality of detection signals is lower than the dew condensation determination value, determines that the deposit is dew.
