PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evasion agent container which allows a vent hole to be a proper and constant size determined based on effect of an evasion agent, and prevents increase in production cost, and to provide an evasion tool using the evasion agent container.SOLUTION: The evasion agent container formed by bonding peripheral edges of two sheets and which is a bag-like shape is provided. The evasion agent container has a closed space sandwiched between the two sheets, and on at least one of the sheets, a vent hole through which air in the closed space and air outside the evasion agent container pass, is provided. In addition, the evasion agent container on which a seal tape for sealing the vent hole is stuck, is provided. The evasion agent container is used to provide an evasion agent container including an evasion agent therein.
