Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of raw material liquid disposed of at a time of manufacturing an adsorption heat exchanger, and to reduce the manufacturing cost of the adsorption heat exchanger.SOLUTION: In an accommodation space (28) surrounded by a casing (21), there are executed an application step of applying raw material liquid to a heat exchanger main body (11); and a scattering step of scattering surplus raw material liquid by rotating the heat exchanger main body (11). A collection step is executed in parallel to the application step and the scattering step. In the collection step, the raw material liquid that does not adhere to the heat exchanger main body (11) in the application step and the scattering step flows into a collection container (45) without exposure to air outside of the casing (21).
