Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method and device for a control rod cluster guide tube, enabling a control rod cluster guide tube provided in a reactor vessel to be safely recovered.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of taking out a control rod cluster guide tube 79 from a reactor vessel 61, dividing the control rod cluster guide tube 79 into plural pieces, and storing split bodies (guide members 201, 202, 203) of the control rod cluster guide tube 79 into separate storage vessels 113, 114, 115.
