PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifeboat which has excellent habitability and features required for crew members' survival even if crew members are forced to drift on the sea for a long time.SOLUTION: A closed type lifeboat 1 includes: a lower structure 11 having a hull shape; and an upper structure 12 which covers an upper part of the lower structure 11. The lower structure 11 and the upper structure 12 form an internal space 13 for accommodating crew members in the closed type lifeboat 1. The lifeboat 1 includes: multiple seats 2 arranged along an inner wall of the lower structure 11; a floor part 3 arranged at a center part of the lower structure 11; an underfloor storage part 4 which is formed under the floor part 3; and a toilet part 5 arranged under the floor part 3.
