Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid culture method for obtaining a lot of mycelia of Phellinus linteus belonging to Phellinus genus having high immunostimulation action.SOLUTION: In a liquid culture medium of a mycelium of Phellinus linteus, the mycelium of Phellinus linteus is cultivated in a liquid culture medium which is added with magnesium sulfate and zinc sulfate, and comprises a carbon source and a nitrogen source, particularly in a liquid culture medium in which the carbon source is composed of a starch, dextrin, or lactose, thereby obtaining a lot of mycelia having high immunostimulation action.
