Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock detecting device capable of reliably detecting occurrence of knocking.SOLUTION: A control device ECU for ON/OFF operating a switching element Q controlling energization of an ignition coil, has knock BPF processing (ST2) applying a knock frequency band as a passband, noise BPF processing (ST4) for applying the knock frequency band as a block band, processing (ST6) for identifying an extraction value for determination (Y) on the basis of a signal value after the knock BPF processing and a signal value after the noise BPF processing, processing (ST9) applying a signal accumulation value of detection signals as a determination parameter (S), correction processing (ST10) for correcting the extraction value for determination (Y), with a correction coefficient A corresponding to a magnification coefficient a defining a correlation equation (Y=a*X+b) of an extraction value for determination Yin normal combustion and a determination parameter X to obtain a knock parameter (K), and processing (ST11) for determining the occurrence of knock on the basis of the knock parameter (k).
