Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film that has high transparency and good slidability and blocking resistance and is difficult to view a flaw thereon.SOLUTION: A hard coat film includes a hard coat layer A on one surface side of a base film and a hard coat layer B on the other surface side of the base film. The hard coat film has a haze value of over 1.0% and below 2.5%. The front surface of the hard coat layer A and the front surface of the hard coat layer B each have a center line average roughness Ra of below 25 nm. The hard coat layer B contains organic particles having an average particle diameter of 500 nm or less.
