Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate composition with a favorable water dispersibility including a polyisocyanate compound obtained from at least one type of diisocyanate selected from the group consisting of aliphatic diisocyanates and alicyclic diisocyanates.SOLUTION: The polyisocyanate composition includes a polyisocyanate compound obtained from at least one type of diisocyanate selected from the group consisting of aliphatic diisocyanates and alicyclic diisocyanates and expressed by formula (I), and the content of a polyisocyanate compound fulfilling p≥1 and q≥1 in formula (I) accounts for at least 10 mass% with respect to the polyisocyanate composition. |
