PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent master batch including a polyester or an excellent compatibilizer for a polyester and another resin which can manufacture, when a polymer alloy including a polyester is manufactured, a polymer alloy having favorable physical properties (e.g., manufacturability of moldings excellent in terms of impact resistance and unaccompanied by surface layer peels and color irregularities) even if a simple alloying means is used.SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises a No. 1 phase (10) and a No. 2 phase (20); in this resin composition, the No. 1 phase (10) is a phase provided by dispersing a No. 1-1 phase (30) consisting of a polyester (A) within a No. 1-2 phase (40) consisting of a modified hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer (B), and the No. 2 phase (20) is a phase consisting of the polyester (A).
