Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing an earthquake-resistant shelter which can be easily assembled using a metallic material in a room in an existing building and which can remain while retaining a shape even in the case of collapse of the building itself during earthquakes, without interfering with the building, and the earthquake-resistant shelter with high earthquake-resistance strength.SOLUTION: A ground sill 12 configuring floor framing, a column 13 configuring a framework, and a girder 15 configuring a roof truss each have a building frame which is made of a plurality of metallic materials. A plate 1 is provided in an inserted state on a horizontal plane between an end surface of a corner column 13 positioned at a corner part and an end of the ground sill 12 or the girder 15. The end of the corner column 13 and the end of the ground sill 12 or the girder 15 are fixed onto a vertical plane by a reinforcing plate 2 via the plate 1. |
