Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloyed composite soft magnetic material having a satisfactory direct current superposition characteristic and high specific resistance, and the manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Coating power obtained by coating soft magnetic apply powder 1 with a silicone resin 2 and inorganic insulation powder 3 are evenly mixed, and the mixture is molded and fired. The inorganic insulation powder are evenly attached to an outer side of the silicone resin coated with the soft magnetic allow powder without being flocculated by evenly mixing the coating powder obtained by coating the soft magnetic alloy power with the silicon resin with the inorganic insulation powder, and since gaps among soft magnetic alloy powder particles are maintained in a constant manner by making the thickness of the molded insulation layer even without segregation, an alloyed composite soft magnetic material having high specific resistance and satisfactory direct current superimposition characteristic is provided.
