Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type piezoelectric element which reliably realizes the inhibition of the characteristic deterioration due to pyroelectric effect, easily makes a piezoelectric layer into a thin layer, and achieves high reliability.SOLUTION: A lamination type piezoelectric element includes: an element body 11 that includes a piezoelectric layer 12, a first internal electrode 13 and a second internal electrode 14 that are laminated sandwiching the piezoelectric layer therebetween so as to be arranged substantially parallel with each other; and a resistive layer 18 that is laminated so as to be arranged substantially parallel with the first internal electrode 13 and the second internal electrode 14 and has an electric resistance value lower than that of the piezoelectric layer 12; a first external electrode 15 that is electrically connected with the first internal electrode 13 and the resistive layer 18; and a second external electrode 16 that is electrically connected with the second internal electrode 14 and the resistive layer 18. |
