Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatographic test tool with an improved contrast mechanism that is insusceptible to an endogenous component (such as heterophil antibody) contained in a test object or a component (such as interference removal antibody) of a test reagent, and dispenses with a trouble for separately preparing a contrast labelling reagent.SOLUTION: The immunochromatographic test tool includes: a test line where a capture reagent specifically reacting with a test object is immobilized; and a control line where a contract reagent specifically binding to a labelling reagent is immobilized. The labelling reagent is formed by linking a first affinity substance specifically binding to the test object, with a labelling material via avidin and biotin, and the contrast reagent includes the biotin.
