Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas shut-off device in which the number of times of detecting sensor abnormality is counted, the detected number of times is compared with a predetermined number of times and when the detected number of times is less than the predetermined number of times, even without sensor abnormality cancellation input, recovery can be performed by a manual recovering operation.SOLUTION: A gas shut-off device comprises sensor abnormality determination means 6 which determines predetermined sensor abnormality in flow measurement and outputs a shut-off signal when abnormality is established. The number of times of determining abnormality by means of the sensor abnormality determination means 6 is counted by sensor abnormality time count means 8 and when sensor abnormality time determination means 7 determines that a time count value of the sensor abnormality time count means 8 is less than a sensor abnormality determination count 9, recovery can be performed by manual recovery means 11 in accordance with an instruction of recovery method decision means 10.
