PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order terminal and a program which prevent order information to be left un-transmitted.SOLUTION: The order terminal comprises: reception means for receiving input of various kinds of information including order information related to a commodity; a storage part for storing the order information received by the reception means; transmission instruction means for instructing an external device to transmit the order information stored in the storage part; determination means for determining whether or not an un-transmission state of the order information has occurred; counting means for counting predetermined standby time in response to completion of the input of the order information received by the reception means; and output means for outputting to the external device information indicating an occurrence of the un-transmission state of the order information when the duration of the un-transmission state of the order information determined by the determination means exceeds the predetermined standby time.
