PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear solar collecting device that is reduced in light collection/heat collection energy variation with respect to daily sun elevation, reduced in light loss, and improved in light collection efficiency.SOLUTION: A linear solar collecting device includes a plurality of reflection lines L1 to L8 arranged in the south-north direction, and one light reception line G arranged in the east-west direction. Mirror segments 1a, 1b, 1c, ..., are installed on each reflection line. The mirror segments can have rotational angles adjusted in the south-north direction and east-west direction. Each reflection line can be moved in the east-west direction, and a decrease in irradiation energy due to shadowing in the morning and evening can be reduced by setting an interval P between adjacent reflection lines to two times of a length L of the mirror segments in the east-west direction.
