Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system having the advantages of low energy consumption, long working time of a rotating shaft module, a lower frequency in battery replacement, a simple structure, and more reliable communication.SOLUTION: A fixed module Mf is arranged on a fixed device. The fixed module Mf is wirelessly connected with a rotating shaft module Mm through optical signal transmission and reception. Data collected by a sensor 7 is first converted from an analog signal to a digital signal through an A/D converter and is buffered through an MCU, and an optical signal emitter 6 is driven to emit optical signals, and an optical signal receiver 4 receives the emitted optical signals, and subsequently, the optical signals emitted from the optical signal receiver 4 are converted into electrical signals. Data of the electrical signals is buffered by the MCU and is converted into standard serial port signals, and the standard serial port signals are transferred to a computer responsible for monitoring. |
