PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrophoretic particles excellent in electrophoretic property at a low temperature, a method for manufacturing the same, an electrophoretic dispersion liquid using the electrophoretic particles and an electrophoresis display device using the electrophoretic dispersion liquid.SOLUTION: There are provided electrophoretic particles which is used for an electrophoretic dispersion liquid and in which a polymer coating layer is formed on a surface of inorganic particles and a graft polymer chain is formed on the polymer coating layer, a method for manufacturing the electrophoretic particles, an electrophoretic dispersion liquid containing the electrophoretic particles and an electrophoresis display device using the electrophoretic dispersion liquid.
