Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when a broad ridge wider than the tilling width is formed with a wing hiller or a ridging unit on a tilling soil surface plowed by a tilling tine rotor attached at the rear side part of a tractor, since it is necessary to perform culturing soil and ridging work at broad interval by attaching the wing hiller at the rear side part of the tractor as an independent distance on the tilling work distance, much work distance is required, resulted in inefficiency.SOLUTION: By arranging a splinter wing hiller 4 which plows the lateral end of tilling soil in which tilling is done by the tilling tine rotor 2 toward an inner side and a culture soil plate 5 which is attached to the rear side of the splinter wing hiller 4 to perform culture soil guide of the soil of a culture soil groove portion to lateral sides to the undersurface of a rear cover 3 in the back of one side of a tilling tine 1 rotor 2 to construct a ridging unit 6, wherein as a result of a reciprocating work run of the ridging unit 6 the ridge forming is completed for broad width region wider than the width of tilling tine rotor 2.
