Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power measuring device for accurately measuring active power or inactive power of a positive-phase-sequence component of fundamental wave even when a signal of a negative-phase-sequence component is superimposed.SOLUTION: A power measuring part 71" is provided with: three-phase/two-phase conversion parts 711, 712 for converting three voltage signals and three current signals into voltage signals Vα, V and current signals Iα, I that orthogonally intersect with each other; and extraction parts 713", 714" for extracting from the voltage signals Vα, V and the current signals Iα, I positive-phase-sequence component signals V'α, V' and positive-phase-sequence component signals I'α, I' . In extracting the respective positive-phase-sequence component signals, the matrix shown as Formula 1 is used. |
