Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve on-snow traction performance without deteriorating braking performance on a dry road surface.SOLUTION: In a tire 1, cut parts 40 are formed in land parts 30 inside circumferential grooves 10 or width-direction grooves 20. One end E1 of each cut part 40 is constituted so as to open in the wall surface A of each land part 30, while the other end E2 of each cut part 40 is constituted so as to terminate inside each land part 30. A depth D3 from a tread surface C at a position where the other end E2 of each cut part 40 exists is structured to be deeper than a width D2 from the tread surface C at a position where the one end E1 of each cut part 40 exists.
