Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce hydrogen water over a long period of time by producing hydrogen water with active hydrogen dissolved therein using water that never dries up, as raw water.SOLUTION: A panel 11 having a cold surface 11a cooled to a dew point or lower is disposed in a dew condensation apparatus 1 having an air intake 12. Moisture in the air is thereby condensed to produce condensed dew condensate, and metallic magnesium is made to react on the dew condensate in a reaction vessel 20 of a hydrogen water producing treatment apparatus 2 to produce hydrogen water with active hydrogen dissolved therein. This hydrogen water is allowed to pass through a filter unit 3 to produce potable hydrogen water. The hydrogen water is stored in a potable water server 4 and supplied from a hot water supply part 41 or a cold water supply part 42. |
