PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera shake correcting device capable of attaining downsizing and an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The camera shake correcting device comprises: a substrate; a fixed part provided on the substrate, being fixed on the substrate; a connection part provided around the fixed part on the substrate which can move in a first direction within the surface of the substrate with respect to the fixed part; a movable part provided on the substrate being arranged around the fixed part and the connection part which can move in a second direction crossing to the first direction within the surface of the substrate with respect to the connection part; a first spring part with one end connected to the fixed part and the other end connected to the connection part, having wiring on the top face; a second spring part with one end connected to the connection part and the other end connected to the movable part, having wiring on the top face; a first dumper provided between the fixed part and the connection part; and a second dumper provided between the connection part and the movable part.
