Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface marker specific to a stomach precursor cell that can select a stomach precursor cell.SOLUTION: In this invention, three kinds of cell surface membrane proteins Adra2a, Fzd5, and Trpv6 that highly express at the precursor cell of stomach, can be identified, and any one of these proteins can be used as a surface marker of an excellent stomach specific precursor cell to evaluate the cell that differentiates into stomach appropriately at the differentiation process to the tissue cell of stomach using multipotent stem cells such as ES cells and iPS cells.
