Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for expressing protein having a signal sequence in a base sequence of a gene at a state of having the signal sequence and immobilizing the protein having the signal sequence to a carrier, the carrier to which the protein in which secretory protein having the signal sequence in the base sequence of the gene is expressed at the state of having the signal sequence is immobilized by the method, and a measurement reagent of a test substance using the carrier.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for immobilizing protein for expressing the protein having a signal sequence in a base sequence of a gene at a state of having the signal sequence, and immobilizing the protein having the signal sequence to the carrier, the carrier to which the protein in which the protein having the signal sequence in the base sequence of the gene is expressed at the state of having the signal sequence is immobilized, and a measurement reagent of a test substance containing the carrier to which the protein in which the protein having the signal sequence in the base sequence of the gene is expressed at the state of having the signal sequence is immobilized. |
