Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TIP monitoring control apparatus which is prevented from being affected by a drive time of a TIP detector, signal transfer delay, delay of timing to detect ON of a pulse signal of a process computer, and the like.SOLUTION: A TIP monitoring control apparatus 10 comprises a process computer 100, a TIP control panel 200 and a data transmitter 300. The process computer 100 includes an operation input section 101, a TIP scan processing section 110, a process computer TIP level data transmitting/receiving section 111 and a TIP level data storage section 112. The TIP control panel 200 includes a TIP drive control section 201, a TIP level processing section 202, a TIP position processing section 203, a TIP level data accumulation section 204, and a TIP control panel TIP level data transmitting/receiving section 205.
