Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically produce a short animation work for an electronic signboard and the like from description of a home page (HTML document).SOLUTION: A permutation of a plurality of components is generated with a gathered character string visualized by a browser as one component character string from a processing object part of the HTML document. Words included in the respective components are analyzed, the words are collated with a plurality of meaning types which are set on the basis of meaning contents of the words and the respective components are classified to at least one meaning type. The plurality of components are processed in order in accordance with the permutation. Thus, the short animation work obtained by generating the short animations derived from the character string, which correspond to the respective components, and connecting the animations in order is displayed/outputted. In the short animation derived from the character string, which corresponds to one component, one background animation data is extracted from a background database on the basis of the meaning type to which the component is classified, one dynamic rule is extracted from a dynamic table and a character string image where the component character string changes in terms of animation by following the dynamic rule is overlapped with the animation of the background animation data.
