Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst capable of efficiently decomposing and removing ozone, even under an atmosphere of a low ozone concentration and high humidity.SOLUTION: The catalyst for decomposing and removing ozone includes: a support; a first catalyst component, which is at least one kind selected from a group consisting of metal and alloy, and which is coated on a surface of a support by electroplating; and a second catalyst component, which is at least one kind selected from a group consisting of a metal having an absolute value of ≥0.3 V of a standard electrode potential difference between the first and second catalyst components, alloy of the metal, and alloy of the metal and other metals, and which is supported on the surface of the first catalyst component by the electroplating or electroless plating.
