Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat composition for ultraviolet-curable plastic base materials, from which a coating film can be formed, which film has excellent compatibility with a polyfunctional monomer, a monofunctional monomer or a solvent, which film can be restrained from shrinking in volume when irradiated with ultraviolet rays and cured, and which film is excellent in hardness, scratch resistance and adhesiveness.SOLUTION: The hard coat composition for ultraviolet-curable plastic base materials contains, at a least, (A) an oligomer or polymer which comprises an N-substituted (meth)acrylamide monomer exhibiting amphiphilicity as a constituent component and has a polymerizable functional group in a side chain thereof and (B) one or more kinds of polyfunctional monomers each having two or more polymerizable functional groups in one molecule thereof. |
