Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication method, and a communication program which, when inputting content data from a plurality of pieces of imaging means which capture images, can reduce processing loads by an appropriate method corresponding to states of the plurality of pieces of imaging means.SOLUTION: A PC can acquire content data from a plurality of television conference terminals with cameras, and transmit the acquired content data to other devices. A CPU of the PC detects at least any of information about imaging ranges of the respective cameras in the plurality of television conference terminals and information about positions of the respective cameras to the other television conference terminals (S11 and S12). The CPU determines conditions for adjusting a data amount of content data to be acquired from the plurality of television conference terminals according to a detection result (S13 to S26). The CPU transmits the content data acquired from the television conference terminals to the other devices according to the determined conditions.
