PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which enables a user to identify by which collection instruction program a collection result is collected.SOLUTION: A CPU unit comprises: a task execution unit 21 for executing tasks including a user program; a data collection unit 22 for, while the task execution unit 21 executes tasks, collecting variables to be consulted and updated in the user program; and a collection data management unit 24 for managing the variables collected by the data collection unit 22. The user program includes a TRSM instruction which instructs the data collection unit 22 to collect the variables. The TRSM instruction has a point number so that a user can identify a position of the TRSM instruction in the user program. When the TRSM instruction instructs the data collection unit 22 to collect the variables, the collection data management unit 24 associates the variables collected by the data collection unit 22 with the point number of the TRSM instruction.
