Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow fuel vapor to be efficiently desorbed from an adsorption material with low electric power in a fuel vapor processing device including the adsorption material capable of adsorbing fuel vapor and plurality of heaters heating the adsorption material.SOLUTION: A plurality of heaters 26, 28, 30, 32 are arranged in a housing 12 of this fuel vapor processing device 10 along a flow of a fluid from an atmospheric port 18 to a purge port 16. During the purge, electric power is supplied to the plurality of heaters 26, 28, 30, 32 in order from the atmospheric port 18 toward the purge port 16, and the electric power to the plurality of heaters 26, 28, 30, 32 is stopped in the same order as the supply of electric power.
