Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit capable of improving heat radiation effect without adversely affecting shield effect and a mechanical strength of a shield case.SOLUTION: In an electronic circuit unit 1 in which a high frequency circuit provided on a circuit board 3 is covered with a box-like shield case 2 made of a metal plate, a lid of the shield case 2 (for example, a lower cover 22) is provided with an inward facing semi-cylindrical lib 23 having an opening 23a at both ends in a length direction, and an outward facing semi-cylindrical lib 24 having an opening 24a at both ends in a length direction. The inward facing lib 23 formed to protrude toward the circuit board 3 is caused to abut on a conductor part 10 of the circuit board 3 at a position directly under a heating component (IC4-6). The outward facing rib 24 formed to protrude along such a direction as coming away from the circuit board 3 is caused to abut on a conductor part 31 of a mother board 30 on which the electronic circuit unit 1 is mounted.
