Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion mixing module for the production of emulsion fuel, in which water is made into fine particles and made to homogeneously dispersed and mixed with oils and gases to attain high combustibility, fuel cost lowering, and the reduction of carbon dioxide emission and the like.SOLUTION: The dispersion mixing module includes a casing 1 of a required diameter and length. An inlet 2 is formed in one side of the casing 1, and an outlet 3 is formed in another side. A dispersion insertion regulation section 4 is formed in the front of the casing 1, and a dispersion pressure regulation partition 5 is formed in its rear part. Many dispersion insertion plates of a circular plate material are jointed and disposed in the center of the casing 1 to form flow paths 6G by shifting each induction hole 6E. The many dispersion insertion plates have the induction holes 6E having a required shape and area at the crossover parts of arc lines having 15 to 30 degrees from the center to the periphery of the casing and circumference lines each having a predetermined distance from the peripheral edges to the center of the casing.
