Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal driving method and the like capable of suppressing deterioration of image quality even when there is variation of a bias potential in a case where a liquid crystal panel is driven by n-line inversion driving by means of a multi-line selection driving method.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal driving method for driving a liquid crystal panel by means of S-line selection driving method, where S is a natural number equal to or greater than 2, includes: a first driving step for executing n-line inversion driving, where n is a natural number, that inverts a polarity for each n-line on a first m-field period group, where m is a natural number equal to or greater than 2, of consecutive m-field periods; a second driving step for executing the n-line inversion driving on a second m-field period group following the first m-field period group of the consecutive m-field periods such that polarities thereof become opposite to those of previous m-field periods; and a third driving step for continuously executing the n-line inversion driving from the second m-field period group on a third m-field period group following the second m-field period group of the consecutive m-field periods.
