Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private power generator reducing wind power loss and capable of efficiently generating electric power, since the structure of a windmill mostly functions nearly as the structure of the power generator.SOLUTION: A wind power generator is configured in such a manner that a drag type windmill and a magnet for power generation are mounted on the upper part of a reversed U-shape frame, and an electric appliance casing is mounted on the lower part of the frame; magnetic poles of the magnet are vertically arranged along the frame on both sides of the windmill; the windmill includes a plurality of pairs of blades vertically arranged around a rotor shaft that integrally rotates; each blade is provided with an electromotive unit comprising a middle of a coil wound on a core material; and a current collecting device is mounted on the rotor shaft in the casing, in which both ends of the coil are connected and both ends of each pair of the electromotive units are connected; and thereby, electric power is obtained via the current collecting device. A solar power generator is configured by sticking solar panels to each blade and to the top plate of the windmill, and electric power generated by the wind power generator and by the solar power generator is charged into a secondary battery.
