Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick-setting cement concrete lining method that hardly causes leakage from a form and that can improve filling properties.SOLUTION: In a quick-setting cement concrete lining method, a compressed air supply pipe 3 for adding water is connected to a powder accelerating agent supply pipe 1 for pneumatically pumping a powder accelerating agent containing calcium aluminates, gypsum and a setting retarder; water is pressed into the compressed air supply pipe 3, through which compressed air flows at a flow rate of 1-5 m/min under pumping pressure higher by at least 0.1 MPa than pumping pressure of the powder accelerating agent, from a water supply pipe 2, subsequently slurried by being continuously mixed with the powder accelerating agent, and turned into accelerating agent slurry; the accelerating agent slurry is added and mixed into cement concrete with a slump flow of 30-70 cm through a mixing pipe 6, so as to be turned into quick-setting cement concrete; and the quick-setting cement concrete is infilled into a form from a curved pipe nozzle 8 with a bending angle of 20-150 degrees via a second transport pipe 7 so that quick-setting cement concrete lining can be performed.
