PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately manage additional information for data rescue when data is recorded to a recording media such as a semiconductor memory.SOLUTION: The inputted data is transferred to a recording media and record processing for recording the data in the recording media is performed using a specific file system. And, a file or a part of an area of the data recorded in the recording media is specified and management processing which is prepared by the file system and determined as recorded information of an additional information area is performed. By performing the management processing, regarding the file or the data which is prepared by the file system and determined as the recorded information of the additional information area, the additional information cannot be accessed unless a special interface or the like which is suitable for the file system is prepared.
