PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device by which a virtual image can be stably and visually recognized.SOLUTION: The display device 100 includes a light source unit 1, an optical element, and a movable portion. The light source unit 1 is arranged in a vehicle, and irradiates light for structuring a display image. The optical element displays the display image as the virtual image by reflecting the light. The movable portion can move positions of the optical element and the light source unit 1 in a state in which an angle at which light enters the optical element from the light source unit 1 is maintained, and in a state in which the distance between the light source unit 1 and the optical element is uniformly maintained.
