Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply which maintains a battery at an appropriate temperature on a charging start time of the battery and completes charging the battery until running start of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A controller 3 of a vehicle power supply 1 decides the charging start time in accordance with a running start scheduled time set for the vehicle and a battery state, controls the operation of at least either of a heater 10 and a blower 30 for a temperature of a battery module 2 to satisfy a predetermined setting temperature condition at the charging start time, and completes charging the battery until the running start scheduled time for the vehicle.
