Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition which enables manufacturing of an antireflection member having a low reflection rate, excellent scratch resistance and abrasion resistance by a simple method without creating surface like defects especially a surface like defect such as a crack in a manufacturing process, and also to provide a method for manufacturing an antireflection member.SOLUTION: The coating composition contains at least two kinds of inorganic particles and at least two kinds of solvents. The characteristic of the coating composition is that, when the solvent with the largest content amount is defined as a solvent A, and the solvent with the second largest content amount is defined as a solvent B, the solubility parameter of the solvent A is at least 17 (MPa)and at most 21 (MPa), and the solubility parameter of the solvent B is at least 19 (MPa)and at most 24 (MPa). |
