Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring harness in which a plurality of wires included in the wiring harness are arranged in a fixed positional relationship, while preventing the positional deviation of a braided wire from the wires.SOLUTION: A wiring harness 1 has a structure in which a plurality of flat cables 2 are respectively arranged in grooves 36 formed on a wire holder 3, with a braided wire 4 and a net-like outer package 5 covering the periphery. The plurality of flat cables 2 can be arranged in a fixed positional relationship by the wire holder 3. Pins 31 are arranged to protrude from the wire holder 3. The pins 31 penetrate through the braided wire 4 and the net-like outer package 5. Consequently, positional deviation of the braided wire 4 and the net-like outer package 5 from the flat cables 2 can be prevented.
