Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a multilayered foam which hardly causes air entrapment and can increase a foam magnification.SOLUTION: The multilayered resin laminate (201) is formed by extruding a multilayered resin (200) having a non-foamed layer (101) on the outer surface of a foamed layer (102), and bonding the innermost surfaces of the multilayered resin (200) to each other. The multilayered foam is molded by pinching the multilayered resin laminate (201) with molds (11a and 11b) so that there is made a clearance between the outermost surface of the multilayered resin laminate (201) and the cavity surfaces (12a and 12b), clamping the same with the molds and forming the multilayered resin laminate (201) into a shape following the cavity surfaces (12a and 12b). |
