Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video recording and reproducing device which can appropriately reproduce video data by obtaining a frame rate in recording when the video data is reproduced.SOLUTION: A video recording and reproducing device 10 includes: a video recording section 12 for recording video data acquired by a camera 18; and a video reproduction section 14 for reproducing the video data to be transmitted from the video recording section 12 via a communication line 16. The video recording section 12 includes a storage section 24 for storing the video data at a standard frame rate and the video data at an intermittent frame rate. The video reproduction section 14 includes a frame rate detection section 26 for detecting the intermittent frame rate, based on the two kinds of video data stored in the storage section 24. |
