Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement body for suppressing deformation of an earth-retaining wall capable of achieving reduction of construction period and cost, and construction with less wastage and environmental influence compared to conventional improvement bodies for suppressing deformation of the earth-retaining wall.SOLUTION: During excavation of a ground while constructing earth-retaining walls, improvement bodies prevent the earth-retaining walls from deforming towards the excavation area side. Each of the improvement bodies for suppressing deformation of the earth-retaining walls is formed in a "T" shape including: a parallel part with a required length along an earth-retaining wall; and a perpendicular part perpendicular to the earth-retaining wall, being within the length not to reach an earth-retaining wall opposite the aforesaid earth-retaining wall. |
