PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of tubular belt and a cylinder for tubular belt producing the tubular belt easily.SOLUTION: The production process of tubular belt includes: the step to apply a resin which forms a guide member 15 to minor diameter sections of the cylinders 30, 31, 32 for tubular belt, the step to apply a resin for forming tubular belt 10 to outer peripheral surfaces of cylinders 30, 31, 32 for tubular belt, the step to eliminate a solvent and moisture remaining on the surface by pre-baking the applied resins for 5-100 minutes at 60-80°C and the step to cure the applied resins.
