Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquatic organism adhesion preventing device comprising a titanium electrode which is hard to fall off even when it is installed in a fast flowing water passage.SOLUTION: An aquatic organism adhesion preventing device comprises: an antifouling electrode panel to be used as an electrode; fixing means for arranging the antifouling electrode panel on a side wall face of a flowing water passage; and a voltage source for electrolyzing between electrodes. The antifouling electrode panel is substantially rectangular on the electrode plane, and has a layer structure in which a titanium electrode/a first jointing material/a reinforcing material/a second jointing material/a reinforcing material are arranged from a flowing water liquid contact surface side towards the flowing water passage side wall face. |
